Yes, that is also free speech

There seems to be a lot of controversy these days over what is and is not acceptable speech on the internet. Part of the lawmaking process allows elected officials to make policies, but that power is not unlimited. Some states have recently placed restrictions on adult content and that is a terrifying thing to see. Part of the great American compromise is understanding that maybe we don’t all look at the world the same way, but we generally lean towards individual freedoms. The issue of adult content on the internet has been hotly contested, but under the United States Constitution, I believe any restrictions on adult content (without more) is completely untenable.
